Bagel House Bagel Fact All of our Bagels (except cheese) contain less than 1% saturated fat. MLC Shop Our MLC shop has now reopened and looks great!!!! Come down and have a look at our selection of freshly made bagels now presented in our shop front display. All of these bagels are filled on site in the shop and allow for a faster turnaround time for, you, our clients. We are still selling unfilled bagels for those who love to enjoy them plain. Meet a Member of Staff! Adam has been working with us in our Rozelle shop since October 2007. Prior to joining us Adam had over 5 years experience in cafes, a fine food grocer and restaurants. He has held such diverse roles as barista, waiter, kitchen hand, sandwich hand and gourmet food sales assistant. Throughout his career Adam has always had the same philosophy - quality produce & quality service = happy customers. It’s all about the customer experience as far as Adam is concerned!!!! Adam has just been promoted to supervisor so come down to Rozelle and say “Hi”. Competition During the month of February, we have been running a competition to win a $100 catering voucher. The winner of this fabulous prize is Isabella DiManno.
